Russell Brand may have only just announced his split from estranged wife Katy Perry, but reports have claimed that the comedian is already dating again.

According to Us Weekly, the Get Him To The Greek actor -- who confirmed he was filing for divorce from Perry in December 2011 -- has started seeing several women, with sources suggesting Brand has been ‘bad-mouthing’ theE.T. singer.

An insider told the publication: “She discovered through her friends. One of the women told a friend of hers and it got back to Katy,

“He’s spoken terribly about Katy to them. [Russell] told [one of them] he wanted her to move in with him after the divorce is final.”

Earlier this week, it emerged that Brand may have rejected Perry’s pleas to try and save their 14-month marriage, with The Mirror reporting that the 27-year old even suggested they should go to counselling instead of divorcing.

The One That Got Away star has since unfollowed Russell on Twitter, while Brand is currently still keeping an eye on Katy’s updates on the social-networking site.

If you haven’t had enough of Katy Perry over the past year and a half, well you’re in luck!She’s ready to do a complete re-release of one of the biggest pop albums of all time. Five number one singles (with a sixth still in the works), Katy is prepping a re-release for sometime in 2012.When will it be released? And what’s going to make this album special?

Set to hit stores on March 13th, the retooled album titled Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection- will include new tracks. And while the name of the cuts are presently unconfirmed,”Dressing Up”and ”Part Of Me”– two new Perry tracks which recently “surfaced” – have been wiped off Youtube in their entirety.

Does that mean something extra special? Probably. But maybe not! We heard later last year that her producer from Teenage Dream and Katy herself hit the studio for something new, but he never actually confirmed what it was! Well this just might be it!

Are you feeling new Katy Perry material? Or do you think she’s taking this whole thing to a completely new level of “milking it”. I can’t deny it. I think she is, BUT I love myself some Kitty Purry, and it’ll give her some time to get over this whole divorce with Russell Brand before she comes out with another brand NEW album sometime in the future.

If you listen to commercial radio, this is not news: Katy Perry had a huge year. She went No.1 five times. She was the most played artist on the radio. But the record industry is so weird, it’s hard to know whether this kind of success translates into huge amounts of money.

So we asked.

I walked over to Katy Perry’s record label. She’s on Capital, which is under EMI. I met Greg Thompson, executive vice president of marketing and promotion at EMI.

“Did you guys end up in the black?” I asked.

“As far as I know, yes,” he said.

“How do you not know?!”

“I believe we did. Absolutely,” he said.

But how much did they spend on Katy Perry? And how much did they make?

Here’s what EMI did say: “We invested substantially to make a great record.”

The 27-year-old “Firework” singer has unfollowed her soon-to-be ex-husband on Twitter. As of Friday, Perry is still one of the 78 people Brand subscribes to via the social networking site.

It’s not surprising, given that Perry is only communicating with Brand, 36, via phone or email. “She’s limiting those interactions,” a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). “He’s being so atrocious that she feels like she never really knew him.”
Perry has been keeping Brand off her mind by focusing on her career: she performed in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Thursday, and she recently shot an Adidas ad in Santa Barbara, Calif.

“She doesn’t want to look battered and have people for sorry for her,” a Perry source tells Us. “She’s very strong and confident.”
