Categories Filed: Katy Perry has told us how different this year’s EMAs will be compared to 2008- when she also hosted.
The massive award show takes place this Thursday in Berlin and will have a different theme to Liverpool.
The I Kissed A Girl star revealed: “Last year I was all bright and fruity but now we’re in Berlin it’s going to be all sexy, dark and romantic with a cabaret undertone.”
And we can also reveal that Katy’s costumers are currently working to glue 2,000 Swarovski crystals to her bowler hat for the big night.Asked about how she found out MTV wanted her to take over the show again Perry told us: “I was in New York and I thought it was my manager playing a prank! I mean don’t they want someone else?
“I didn’t even realise I’d done a good job – it all happened so quickly!”
