But Perry’s father Keith Hudson told the Contactmusic that the couple is going strong and “the marriage is soon.” The pair had been plagued by the rumours of having a rocky relationship and the tabloids have been rife with speculation that the couple will eventually split.Hudson has dismissed all these as mere rumours and if the People’s online article is anything to go by the couple is having a really good time. Katy Perry and Russel Brand celebrated this year’s Easter with family and friends at the backyard at their Los Angeles home with a BBQ. There was an Easter bunny for entertainment, and Perry posted a pic of herself and her friends with a white giant rabbit. People attending the Easter BBQ party were Katy’s parents and Russel’s co-star Jonah Hill from Get Him to the Greek.

According to the source the couple were “super affectionate” and ‘kept kissing” each other. Russel Brand proposed his singer girlfriend Katy Perry while they were on a romantic trip to India on the New Year’s Eve. They have been dating since September last year.
