Jessica Simpson Wants Katy Perry’s Help

Jessica Simpson, who abandoned pop music in 2008 in favor of the country music market, has decided now is the time to launch herself back into the music business, and she wants Katy Perry to give her a hand.

“Jess has a number of names she would love to work with and Katy is at the top,” a source close to Simpson said. “She’s hoping she might be able to work with her in some way and maybe even perform with her.”
