JUSTIN BIEBER is not one to set his sights low despite his small stature.

He’s looking for a girlfriend and says his perfect woman would be a CHERYL COLE and KATY PERRY cross.
But since they are both too old for him, the bolshy Biebster wants to take both Cheryl and Katy out for dinner so he can tap them up for some dating advice.

You’ve got to admire his front.

Justin said: “Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry are two of the hottest girls in the world – and so normal and funny with it.

“If I was a few years older they are the kind of girls I’d like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy – a mixture of the two would be hot.“Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome.

“I would like to invite the two of them out for dinner so they can tell me the best way to win a woman like them.”

Justin – whose single Baby has clocked up more than 280million YouTube hits – has definitely grown up since he first came into The Sun office in March, even if he doesn’t look like he has.
Talented

He admits he has started looking for a girlfriend now. I’m sure there will be no shortage of candidates for the 16-year-old.

He explained: “I am happy being single but that doesn’t mean I’m not seriously looking. The problem is when I meet a girl, I don’t know if she likes me or if she likes the lifestyle.

“Also, the really hot girls go around acting like they know they are hot. It’s rare to find a girl who is both hot and really cool, but I know they do exist.”

Even though Justin concedes he can’t date his two potential agony aunts, he would still like to record with Katy and Cheryl – and also with ROBBIE WILLIAMS.

Justin added: “I want to meet Cheryl and Katy in a professional capacity too, not just because they are hot but because they are super talented.

“I also think Robbie Williams is really cool. He owns a stage when he is out there and is a great all-round entertainer. I would also like to get involved in Robbie’s soccer projects.

“And I think SIMON COWELL is great. Some people might not like getting advice from a guy my age but The X Factor is coming to the US and I would love to do a guest judging slot.”

Well, if you don’t ask you don’t get. It wouldn’t surprise me if he pulls off all of the above.

The cheeky little fella with the big wallet definitely won’t struggle to find a girlfriend.
